The property is level flat productive farmland of a rectangular shape that fronts Crawford Road and runs through to an anabranch of the Broken River as its rear boundary.
Located on the property is a 700 metre sand-based harness horse training track together with a related mix of yards, stables and farm support buildings of an older style but in generally usable condition.
This track surrounds a central Lucerne paddock and it was professionally laid out and been maintained to be used for some years by local trainers.
The late Harold Stacey did in his day have a long career as an owner-trainer of harness horses.
