The rural division of the major real estate network added more than thirty franchises in the twelve months to July, achieving $1.4 billion in property sales.
Ray White Rural chief executive Stephen Nell said the drought in Queensland did not significantly dampen demand.
“The market has boomed on the back of very favourable seasonal conditions, low interest rates and surging commodity prices,” Mr Nell said.
